Creation
An association is hereby created between the signatories of the statutes and those who will join the organisation, governed by the amended law n°60-315 of September 21st, 1960, and its statutes, bearing the name International Calice. It is an apolitical, non confessional and non-profit association.
The Constitutive General Assembly of International Calice was held on August 26, 2009, at the conference room of the Environment Department, Nangui-Abrogoua University (Cote d'Ivoire). The managing board was established.
International Calice is registered to the Ministry of Interior (Côte d'Ivoire) under the reference n° 2306/PA/SG/D1 of Octobre 26, 2009 in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 3 of Act n°60-315 of septembre 21st, 1960. It is headquartered in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.
