5. Management of livestock... by satellite images;
6. Strengtening Capacities of environmental management and surveillance actors;
7. Set up of GEONETCast reception stations for the dissemination of satellite-based data, images and products in near real-time, in Africa, in collaboration with GeoS-NetAfrica (African Experts Network for Environmental Surveillance)
Our major projects are as follows:
1. Proposal to local communities strategies of sustainable management of residual wastes;
2. Community and individual geo-reforestation campains on local tree species, fruit trees, medicinal plants...;
3. Creation of a rainforest monitoring observatory based on geospatial data;
4. Use of remotely sensed data to monitor bushfires / to contribution to "Zero Deforestation Agriculture" and the development of protected forestry and degraded rural areas;
International Calice takes part in projects of protected area surveillance by drone, development of a predictable agriculture on the basis of geospatial data, monitoring of bushfires, floodings...
